First you will take a walk to Hills – a very professional brewery hidden in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Rhodope mountains. Then, you will enjoy the hospitality of Rhombus Craft Brewery, their home made food and tasty beer.

These breweries are not really open to the public. We have a unique and exclusive relationship with them that will give you privilege access to them.

Rhombus

Rhombus Brewery is a family-owned microbrewery located in the city of Pazardjik, 100 km from Sofia. Their small-sized equipment allows them to brew whatever they want and they never get tired experimenting. Weiss, Kriek, Imperial porter, Barley Wine… The list of their beers is long and tasty. The same applies to the food they serve, so, be ready for a big feast.

Hills Beer is the product of a small boutique brewery, situated in Perushtica – a small town near Plovdiv. In this establishment, the reputable Bavarian traditions of brewing meet the cult of quality and top-level equipment. The owners believe that there is no better prize than a well-chilled and delicious beer. It is a beer that will help you release the pressure and recharge before facing the challenges and the deadlines of the next work day.
